AAU Nationals Updates

TEAM FRENJI 14 & 13 AAU squads have returned from AAU Nationals and did a great job competing against the country’s finest. The 14U AAU squad went 2-3 and advanced out of their pool with a 2-1 record. After advancing the squad lost a heartbreaker to S. Carolina Heat by 2 in the Championship bracket. They went on to the Consolation bracket only to meet heartbreak again and lost their final game in Florida. Coach Paul said the team has really come together and has a bright future. Everybody who played against them or saw them play said these kids play hard and compete to win. Congrats to the 14U guys on a great season. As for the 13U squad they traveled down to VA only to meet tough competition and finished 2-3. They were unable to get out of their pool but advanced to play in the Classic Bracket and made a great run going 2-1 and losing a tough one in the Quarterfinals. Congrats on to the young guys and Coach Derrick, Coach Mike & Coach Benji on a great season. All in all the TEAM FRENJI name is out there and growing strong. Great season guys!!!!
